We also help you build out your entire setup around foods you actually enjoy eating — so things like dinners out, weekends, social events, takeout won't be a problem.

No more staring at MyFitnessPal trying to figure everything out yourself or tracking every gram.

Do I need a gym membership?

No.

Many of our clients train in commercial gyms, but it’s not a requirement.

We’ve helped guys train from home, in apartment gyms, while travelling, and with very limited equipment.

During onboarding, we’ll build your training plan around the equipment you actually have access to.

What if I'm a complete beginner?

That’s completely fine.

You don’t need to know anything about training, nutrition, calories, or macros before starting.

We’ll walk you through everything step-by-step; set your targets, build your plan around your lifestyle, and make sure you understand exactly what to do from day one.

In fact, beginners often do extremely well because they don’t have years of bad habits or conflicting advice to unlearn first.

We also have a tonne of support calls available every single week.

What is the investment to join School of Physique?

1. You’ll be welcomed into our private community where you’ll meet the coaching team and other clients who are all working towards the same goal as you.

2. We’ll send you a short onboarding form so we can learn more about your goals, lifestyle/schedule, training experience, equipment and starting point.

3. You’ll get access to all of our systems, apps, resources, and tools so everything is ready to go before your onboarding call.

4. We’ll then jump on a 1-on-1 onboarding call where we build out your training, nutrition, targets, and overall game plan around YOUR life. We’ll walk you through our drag-and-drop meal system, tracking process, and everything else you need so you’re completely clear on what to do moving forward.

Once that’s done, you’ll have a personalised roadmap, clear targets, and a simple system to follow from day one.

How much support do I actually get?

A lot.

You’ll have multiple Zoom support calls every week where you can talk to Jarrod directly (yes, an actual conversation).

Hey, I'm Jarrod.

Hey, I’m Jarrod.

I grew up in a small country town and spent most of my teenage years feeling invisible.

I was skinny, shy, had no confidence, and honestly hated the way I looked.

Fitness became an obsession for me because I thought if I could build a great physique, maybe I’d finally feel confident in myself too.

But the reality was… I had absolutely no clue what I was doing.

For years I bounced between being too skinny, overweight, skinny-fat, overtraining, crash dieting, and constantly comparing myself to people online wondering why nothing seemed to work properly for me.

Eventually things started to click.

I stopped trying random approaches and started understanding how to actually structure training and nutrition properly around real life.

That completely changed my confidence, my mindset, and honestly the direction of my life as a whole.

I went on to compete internationally in Men’s Physique, left my engineering career, and built School of Physique to help other guys stop wasting years trying to figure this stuff out alone.

Now my goal is simple:

Help busy men get in incredible shape without fitness becoming their entire life.
